Warranty: 3 Year Extended Warranty (large traps)

This extended warranty applies exclusively to manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Coverage Terms:

  • The warranty period is three (3) years OR five (5) years from the original date of purchase.
  • This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Proof of purchase is required to validate any warranty claim.

Limitations:

  • This warranty covers manufacturer defects only and does not apply to damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Any repairs or alterations performed by unauthorized parties will void this warranty.

What is your return policy?

A product may be refunded so long as the purchase is within 30 days unopened, and unused. Please contact us at customerservice@doalloutdoors.com to receive a return authorization number. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Once the order has been returned, a refund will be processed to the original card used for purchase. Refunds may take up to 10 days, depending on the card carrier.
