I can hardly believe the level of support I received in troubleshooting my old thrower (Aerial Assault).  I had lost the manuals that came with it in 2015 and therefore needed more than normal assistance.  I was ready to condemn the motor, but they gave me some instructions to check that out which proved to be a good step.  The next thing was the discovery of the relay tucked away in the harness.  They even provided the proper link to ensure that I would order the correct part which worked perfectly.  I'm just thoroughly impressed with the customer support from Do All!
