Tate from customer service who provided the technical support was awesome. Tate has intimate knowledge about all the Do All Outdoor clay pigeon throwers even with knowledge of the replacement part numbers. I can tell Tate has taken apart the products and reconstructed the throwers. Tate even is aware of DO ALL products from 20 years ago.
Overall very happy with company and customer support. I do wish you would keep in stock "replacement parts" for even the throwers you sold from 20 years ago. These throwers are still functioning.

I can hardly believe the level of support I received in troubleshooting my old thrower (Aerial Assault). I had lost the manuals that came with it in 2015 and therefore needed more than normal assistance. I was ready to condemn the motor, but they gave me some instructions to check that out which proved to be a good step. The next thing was the discovery of the relay tucked away in the harness. They even provided the proper link to ensure that I would order the correct part which worked perfectly. I'm just thoroughly impressed with the customer support from Do All!
